Adecco is currently recruiting for environmental waste operative for our client based in Cramlington

This role is initially for 3 months, with a view to become permanent.

The role will involve working on a Continental shift pattern of 4 nights on 4 nights off 6pm - 6am.

Environmental Waste Operator - Cramlington

We are recruiting for Environmental waste operator at the Cramlington site to be responsible for all aspects of facility cleaning and waste management, including production area, offices, reception, washrooms, Waste management and warehousing

The role:

·  Undertake facility cleaning across the site

·  Ensure stock levels of cleaning products are maintained

·  Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the manufacturing facility.

·  Maintain 7S standards within all departments.

·  Complete all daily cleaning tasks.

·  Ensure that all cGMP is followed in clean room areas.

·  Support manufacturing requirements on a daily basis with regards to removal of waste.

·  Waste management on site.

The person:

·  Able to follow procedure and adhere to timeframes

·  Work as part of a small team

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Experience in a manufacturing, production, cleanroom or medical environment is desirable but not essential

·  FLT experience

·  Knowledge of waste management
