Job Title : Customer Service Scheduler

Location : Hemel Hempstead

Remuneration : £14.36 - £15 per hour

Contract Details : Temp To Perm, Full Time

Responsibilities :

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Scheduler. This role is within the Bio-tech Solutions industry and requires effective communication and coordination skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service calls and ensuring seamless communication between customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in IT tools, including SAP, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

·  Act as a liaison between customers, field service engineers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.

·  Efficiently prioritise and schedule service calls according to customer needs and service level agreements.

·  Optimise resource allocation by rescheduling or reassigning service calls as needed.

·  Proactively follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

·  Utilise common IT tools and systems to manage service requests and documentation.

·  Streamline service coordination processes using SAP (experience with SAP is a plus).

·  Leverage knowledge of our existing customer base and equipment to provide customised service solutions.

·  Demonstrate self-motivation, drive, and excellent interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment.

·  Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.

Skills :

·  Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within customer service or technical support .

·  Proficiency in common IT tools and systems.

·  Experience with SAP is a plus.

·  Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·  Critical thinker with attention to detail and effective prioritisation abilities.

·  High flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
