Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

·  Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
·  Take accurate food and beverage orders, using appropriate point-of-sale systems
·  Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
·  Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
·  Maintain a clean and organized dining area
·  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
·  Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
·  Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
·  Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
·  Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
·  Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods

Qualifications

 

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
·  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
