Job Description

As an intern you will contribute to the department's success by supporting in key tasks, ongoing projects, and developing skills relevant to the role. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience and deepen understanding of the IT scope in the Hospitality industry.

What will you do?

 

You will support our project management activities across Europe in Hospitality Tech Team, and step in on other ongoing or new initiatives when needed.

On Operational Support & Collaboration, you will:

·  Work closely with teams and partners across multiple countries
·  Help organize and prepare key meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
·  Track actions and updates in our project tools — keeping information accurate
·  Clarify uncertainties with the key stakeholders

With Project Management & Data, you will:

·  Consolidate and analyze project data to support smart decision-making
·  Help build project plans and track progress
·  Spot risks or delays early and escalate when necessary
·  Contribute to action plans that move projects forward
·  Share your observations to simplify and improve how we work
·  Support on highlighting pain points to help remove inefficiencies

You will also:

·  Assist with documentation and committees preparation
·  Jump in where your support can make an impact, we value flexibility and initiative

Qualifications

Who we are looking for?

 

If you are:

·  In your 4th or 5th year of Business School (or similar studies) with a focus on project management and digital transformation
·  Analytical, with the ability to turn data and input into clear insights
·  Organized and proactive; with clear communication in writing and in meetings.
·  Comfortable working with numbers and data management
·  Familiar with project management tools or methodologies (a plus!)
·  Curious, adaptable, and someone who enjoys taking initiative
·  Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
·  Fluent in English and French — Spanish is a bonus
