Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or banquet areas to ensure excellent guest service and smooth operational flow. This role supports the Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager in training, motivating, and guiding the service team to consistently deliver Pullman’s high service standards and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in assigned F&B outlet(s) to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating service activities during meal periods and events.
·
Monitor team performance and provide on-the-job training and guidance to ensure service excellence.
·
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
·
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and hygiene/safety regulations.
·
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
·
Assist in scheduling, team briefings, and ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
·
Monitor inventory, requisitions, and proper handling of operating equipment.
·
Support management in implementing promotions, upselling programs, and special events.
·
Lead by example, maintaining high personal standards of professionalism, grooming, and conduct.
Qualifications
Qualifications
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
·
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
·
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
·
Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
·
Good command of English (both spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
·
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, service techniques, and beverage handling.
·
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
·
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).
·
Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
