Job Description

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE full time Demi Chef De Partie who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at a VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant!

With 312 bedrooms and 17 meeting rooms (including the Shaw Theatre), we’re more than just a Bar and Restaurant. Now, we need someone to bring their culinary skills to our kitchen operation!

·  Working Hours:  Flexibility is key – weekday and weekend availability, day and evening shifts required
·  Location:  NW1 2AJ
·  Employment Type:  Full time Permanent

·  Have previous experience working in a fast pace kitchen environment
·  Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality

·  Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

Duties:

We want you to join our gang!

·  Carry out the preparatory work for creating dishes
·  Help train and support our Commis Chefs
·  Assist the team in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the required standards
·  Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time
·  Help check food items on delivery and tidy them into cold storage
·  Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy

Salary: £15.78 per hour (£32,001 per annum) + monthly share of service charge
