Job Description

As an intern, you will support our Performance & Governance activities and support financial data accuracy across our hotel portfolio. Guided by experienced professionals, you will develop hands-on skills in revenue management, cost tracking, and operational governance, while gaining valuable insight into the hospitality industry.

What will you do?

You will support the Performance & Governance Manager in ensuring the accuracy of fees and costs across our hotel portfolio and step in on other ongoing or new initiatives when needed.

On Operational Support, you will:

·  Assist with fee calculations, revenue management, and hotel inventories.
·  Support and coordinate the administrative team in their daily tasks.
·  Organize and prepare weekly calls to follow up on provisions and billing requests.
·  To gain expertise, you will coordinate and attend calls with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and other departments.

With Data & Reporting, you will:

·  Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
·  Compare monthly financial results with the budget and challenge inconsistencies.
·  Create and monitor dashboards to ensure transparency and control of financial data.
·  Contribute to projects that improve revenue control and operational efficiency.

With Project Management, you will:

·  Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
·  Be invited to identify pain points and propose improvement ideas.
·  Support project reviews and post-implementation assessments (REX)

Qualifications

Who we are looking for?

If you are:

·  Currently pursuing or recently graduated in business, accounting, finance , or similar studies.
·  Strong in analysis and detail management, able to turn data into clear insights.
·  Confident in communication, both in writing and in meetings.
·  Interested in technology, data, and proficient in Excel
·  Proactive, adaptable, and someone who enjoys taking initiative.
·  Fluent in French and English.
