Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Dubai?

THE MISSION?

Are you ready to bring the spotlight to our hotel as an Entertainment Manager ? ✨ Join us to orchestrate unforgettable experiences and ensure that every event hits the right note!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

·  Manage the entertainment budget with finesse, forecasting, planning, and monitoring to ensure everything stays on track.
·  Connect with top local and international talent, bringing the best performers to match the MAMA brand’s unique vibe.
·  Schedule and oversee all music and entertainment talent, ensuring they shine brightly at our hotel. ✨
·  Handle all entertainment permits, making sure they are always current and valid for our venues. ✔️
·  Work closely with the FB team, Chef, and marketing to craft an exciting weekly and monthly events calendar.
·  Collaborate with the Entertainment Director from MAMA HQ to roll out seasonal promotions and special brand events.
·  Assist in planning, purchasing, and organizing everything needed for seasonal MAMA Brand activations. ✨
·  Propose and develop unique market-specific activations for MAMA Dubai and get them approved by MAMA HQ. ️
·  Keep all hotel talent informed and engaged with ongoing activations, making sure communication is spot on.
·  Foster collaborations for special events, working closely with the marketing team to make it happen.
·  Oversee and supervise major music and entertainment events, ensuring they run smoothly and are a hit.
·  Team up with Engineering to ensure AV setups are perfect for each event, keeping everything in sync. ️
·  Manage external suppliers for additional event setups when needed, ensuring everything is on point.

 

Relations

·  Stay connected with the local artist scene and potential clients, building strong relationships for future events.
·  Help the FB and sales teams create bespoke events that cater to clients’ needs, adding that special touch.
·  Represent MAMA with pride, both inside and outside the hotel, showcasing our brand’s unique flair.
