Starting Pay Rate:  $15.00 + 25% commission on performed treatments

Job Description

 

·  Consult with clients on their treatment needs
·  Perform massages (including relaxation, aromatherapy, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone, couples) and body treatments
·  Ensure each client receives a refreshment at the end of each treatment
·  Prior to appointment, ensure room is set up appropriately for scheduled treatment
·  Tidy, sanitize and restock treatment rooms after treatments
·  Maintain cleanliness of work space, including treatment rooms and waiting area
·  Assist with inventory, laundry and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

·  Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200 hour program
·  Must be registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
·  Previous professional work experience as a licensed massage therapist is required
·  Comfortable performing all massage therapy treatments
·  Calm, professional demeanour that contributes to a relaxing guest experience
·  Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
·  Emotional maturity
