Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Staff Dining - Colleague Outlet - Attendant to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional  service to colleagues in our staff dining facility, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.

·  Greet and assist colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
·  Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
·  Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
·  Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
·  Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
·  Restock supplies and assist in inventory management
·  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
·  Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
·  Participate in setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
·  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
·  Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
·  Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
·  Food safety certification preferred
