Job Description

·  Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including supervision of staff accountants and financial analysts 
·  Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization 
·  Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements (PL,BS,CF), reports ( Tax..), and forecasts 
·  Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management 
·  Oversee banks, petty cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes 
·  Implement and maintain accounting systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy 
·  Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures 
·  Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process
