Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Technician to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating audio-visual equipment for various events and meetings. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless audio-visual experiences for our clients and team members.

·  Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, and video teleconferencing systems (VTC)
·  Set up and operate AV equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings, and conferences
·  Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, and replacements as needed
·  Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure all equipment is in good and safe working condition
·  Manage inventory of AV equipment, wiring, and accessories to prevent shortages
·  Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients and team members
·  Collaborate with other departments to meet event requirements and client expectations
·  Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
·  Ensure proper storage and transportation of equipment in a safe and secure manner
·  Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and usage

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role
·  Proven expertise in installing, operating, and maintaining various audio-visual equipment
·  Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technical issues quickly and efficiently
·  In-depth knowledge of current AV technologies, including video teleconferencing systems
·  Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
·  Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events may require
·  Proficiency in inventory management and basic record-keeping
·  Relevant certifications in AV technology are preferred but not required
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
