Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations.

·  Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team
·  Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standards
·  Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
·  Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
·  Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
·  Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staff
·  Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
·  Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
·  Support the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
·  Actively participate in menu planning and pricing strategies

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
·  Strong service-focused personality with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
·  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
·  Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
·  In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including current industry trends
·  Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
·  Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office suite
·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
