JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function:
As a member of the OneConcur Project team, this role will work closely with the Sr. Program Manager and other project working team members in monitoring and implementing the global enterprise-wide expense reporting system (OneConcur) to over 70+ countries, including other global Service Delivery initiatives for Corporate Finance Services (CFS) and Shared Services Operations (SSO).
Responsibilities include support to Sr. Program Manager in project and cost tracking, scheduling of meetings, support for Communications, and other project management tasks for a multi-tiered implementation of the global OneConcur project ensuring milestones and Go Lives are delivered timely. This analyst is a business partner throughout the OneConcur project with division / affiliate Finance, HR, Procurement and IT in providing support to achieve the overall business case.
In addition, the analyst will support Service Delivery requirements related to employee, customer and Genpact surveys and report outs throughout the year and support the Sr. Director of Service Delivery on other initiatives related to standardization and communications on a global basis.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support to Sr. Program Manager and OneConcur project team in monitoring and executing key milestones to achieve multiple phases of the OneConur implementation.
- Partner with Finance divisions and affiliates, Procurement, IT and EMEA and APAC regional T&E shared services leadership to drive a standard T&E operating model across the organization.
- Assist Communications team in readiness and delivery of leadership and employee communications, reference materials and SharePoint website surrounding global travel and expense program.
- Service Delivery support of multiple surveys throughout the year
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
BS/BA: Finance / Accounting
Minimum Experience/Training
- 5+ years in financial role where analytical skills were used
- Experience in working on projects of various sizes with team members outside your immediate group
- Ability to partner with team members and leaders across the organization is essential.
- Proactive approach to problem identification and solution.
- Ability to take direction and work independently to bring task to closure
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
