JOB DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity has arisen to join the EMEA Cardiac Rhythm Management EMEA Marketing and Education Team as a Training & Education Specialist.

As a CRM Training & Education Specialist, your main duties will include:

• Delivering internal education to both new and existing Abbott CRM employees.
• Delivering external education to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Developing presentations aligned with the Abbott CRM focus for both internal and external use.
• Developing and delivering new Abbott CRM education courses for both physicians and Abbott employees.
• Developing and delivering the education for new CRM products.
• Providing clinical technical support within the field to support the development of internal education. Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting to practitioners during clinical procedures/ operations.
• To work closely with the CRM marketing team to ensure an alignment of the commercial message throughout the CRM Education both for internally and externally. 
• Supporting local and international congress’s, forums, and meetings in promoting the Abbott CRM portfolio awareness.
• Sharing product information/data analysis to clinical research groups
• Ensuring the quality of the training records as maintained in accordance to Abbott guidelines.
• Developing internal technical exams as required.
• Developing CRM LMS modules.

To be considered for the CRM Trainer opportunity, you need to have proven CRM experience (either as a trainer or as a product expert).  Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential as well as fluency in English and flexibility to travel around 50% of the time.
