The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative for our department located in Machelen. As a technical support specialist, you'll have the opportunity to use your customer relations skills by building meaningful relationships with our sales team and a wide range of healthcare professionals.
As the Customer Care Representative, You are the main point of contact for our customers and give them the best solutions and advice. You will be part of a dynamic team within a motivating and inspiring environment at one of the top employers in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
· Providing support services in the areas of Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices.
· Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries.
· Provide support to Field Clinical Engineering/sales representatives in sales support (remote care and device management), regional training seminars, and troubleshooting.
· Assist in the presentation of educational materials for new product training and refresher courses for doctors, nurses, and sales representatives.
· Answer questions on Abbott's website on the website.
Required Qualifications and experience
· Relevant Qualification is advantageous.
· Fluent in English, Dutch and French is advantageous
· Experience with customer care and support telephonically, and online
