The Opportunity

This position works out of our Warsaw, Poland location in the EMEA Talent Acquisition Division.

Abbott’s Talent Acquisition team is a global organization supporting global hiring, executive recruitment, Early Careers, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies. We strive to provide a fast and high-quality service to our internal customers and provide a great candidate experience

As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer , you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience with great communications and practical logistical support to meet company’s needs. You will support in partnership with TA Team several recruitment activities for Abbott’s businesses across EMEA. You will work on sourcing strategy and proactively identify candidates through various sourcing techniques.

What You’ll Do

· 
Serve as a point of contact to deliver a best in class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

· 
Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.

· 
Drive specialized passive candidate marketing campaigns to create talent communities in CRM.

· 
Build and manage process to qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources.

· 
Provide 1st level phone screen on requisitions to TA specialists.

· 
Supports TA Managers / Senior TA Recruiter in pipelining, market mapping and candidate sourcing.

· 
Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards. Ensure delivery against key metrics.

· 
Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.

· 
Take ownership of the Abbott candidate experience, ensure that it is a positive and respectful one.

· 
Provide regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

· 
Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Senior Recruiters and client teams. Combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning.

Required Qualifications

· 
University degree is desirable

· 
Excellent English language skills are a must have

· 
The additional EMEA Language, e.g. German is advantageous

· 
Track record of sourcing (1-2 years), can be inhouse, Agency or RPO experience or mixed

· 
End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable

· 
Excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.

· 
Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· 
Highly-engaged team member

· 
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks

· 
Effective communication and organizational skills

· 
Experience working with recruitment technologies (Workday is a plus)
