The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As the HCP Integrated Marketing Manager you will help to strengthen our strategic and executional excellence for our global HCP marketing initiatives programs.
What You'll Work On

Work with Global Integrated Marketing and Medical Marketing leadership to develop HCP focused strategies in support of area and local market needs, in addition to implementing programs to help tackle barriers and opportunities in driving awareness and education around our core product solutions.

Support and coordinate the delivery of HCP focused programs designed to drive adoption based on tiered needs of our global markets, identifying new HCP education opportunities and maintain momentum of existing initiatives already in markets.

Work in partnership with regional and local market HCP marketing counterparts, global Medical Marketing teams, and Medical Affairs and sales teams to drive best in class HCP specific initiates and messaging for major markets.

Partner closely with key cross-functional team members including regulatory, clinical, medical education and legal/compliance to ensure streamlined processes for product commercialization activities.

Collaborate with global market insights teams in developing a global body of ongoing market intelligence and analysis to support and inform business planning and strategies for market growth.

Coordinate and support global trade shows and congress events, together with our regional and global marketing leaders.
*Travel Will be required to do 3 field rides per quarter and attend all project related tradeshows or conferences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Marketing experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical setting - diabetes experience preferred
·
Experience with launching new products in the health care industry
·
Demonstrated experience with and ability to manage HCP focused projects in pharma/medical device setting
·
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required.
·
Medical Education experience is desired
·
Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment.
·
Project planning familiarity.
·
Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs
·
Detail focused and outcomes oriented
·
Extremely thorough with exceptional organizational skills
·
Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience using business platforms like VEEVA, Salesforce

The base pay for this position is
$118,100.00 – $236,100.00
