Position Description:

Business Admin provides administrative works for general manager and marketing support for better work efficiency and outcome in business performance

This position is to give full administrative support and to provide timely service for GM and marketing managers to help them fully focus on high level planning and execution for achieving goals and customer satisfaction with distinguished programs

Roles & Responsibilities:

·          Liaise with the offices and act as the main point of contact for all communications pertaining to company matters

·          Manage appointments and schedules of the General Manager

·          Act as the main point of contact for confidential matters for the managers

·          Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information

·          Support marketing staffs or managers of market analysis, investigation and other types of ad-hoc tasks

·          Coordinate business meetings and marketing events such as local conferences and international conferences like APAC kick-off meeting, CGO summit and leadership meeting etc.   

·          Ensure all locally developed marketing materials are compliant with Abbott brand guidelines

·          Support for making and distributing marketing materials (product catalogue order process assistance)

·          Manage overall expense claim including Concur reimbursement process for General Manager

·          Lead the office administration works e.g. manage vendors or suppliers, replenish stationery and pantry supplies

·          Prepare and coordinate business meetings (e.g. Country Business Reviews, Local Management Meetings, Marketing Strategic Meetings, including printing and preparation of meeting agenda and meeting reference materials, and logistics arrangement

Qualifications/ Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree (in business administration preferred) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·      Fluency in English for verbal & written communication and for creating reports.

·      High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and has a high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives

·      High proficiency in understanding and use of MS office tools & other key business software.

· Experience of Executive Assistant is preferred.
