Job Summary

You are going to work in an exciting pediatric nutrition category in Abbott Nutrition Hong Kong. This role is the driver of a specific assigned portfolio of brands, responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing programs to drive business growth, brand value and market share. Core job responsibilities include the followings:

Job Responsibilities
1.    Work together with Marketing Manager to analyze brand health, sales and market data. Provide insight, strategize and develop brand plan activities to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand equity. Drive P&L decision-making.
2.    Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate various marketing programs including materials development, vendor management and merchandising activities to drive brand growth with control budget
3.    Lead the new product development process and proactively understand product science. Work with other stakeholders to launch product innovation and renovation on schedule (involving brand strategy development and brand communication).
4.    Evaluate brand performance and recommend/ execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.
5.    Identify new opportunities in Pediatrics nutrition market to maximize our awareness and raise considerations of the brand among professionals and moms
6.    Provide good business judgment in al assigned brands including creative, media, positioning, pricing and promotions.
7.    Independently manage routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training, handling customer inquiries, etc with team member support.
8.    Monitor sales performance, competitor moves and market trend on a regular basis with on time report for management review
9.    Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing & CRM team to deliver credible presentation / education to business partner and customer whenever necessary
10.    Work with ethical marketing/ affairs to identify the most compelling products claims of the brand based on research and technical materials
11.    Embrace data-driven decision-making to lead fact-based discussions.
12.    Experience in coaching, motivating and managing a team member.

Requirements: Education and Experience 
1.    University’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred
2.    At least 5 years of brand management/ consumer marketing experience, preferably FMCG or Healthcare industry
3.    A team player with good interpersonal, project management, analytical and presentation skills
4.    Entrepreneurial skills and ‘can do’ mentality’
5.    A decisive, persuasive and strong communicator: balance voicing opinion with sincere listening.
6.    Demonstrated ability of working with and managing people in a complex changing environment to deliver value-added results to the organization
7.    Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
8.    Understanding of Ethical Marketing/ CRM is an added advantage.
