Our location in Columbus, Ohio , currently has an opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager – Therapeutic Nutrition Outpatient Marketing .

SUMMARY:

This person will be responsible for the development and management of strategies and programs to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives. Key responsibilities include managing marketing activity for Outpatient Healthcare Professionals, and leading reporting and analytics for the Therapeutic Nutrition Outpatient business. Additional responsibilities include quarterly business strategic and tactical planning, monthly reporting, data analysis for program optimizations, agency leadership, vendor management, and budgeting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· 
Responsible for managing marketing activity to Therapeutic Nutrition (TN) Outpatient Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the US. This may include gratis and couponing strategy, creative briefing, and CRM program execution

· 
Collaborates with design team to execute creative and messaging consistent with Masterbrand strategy, positioning, and brand standards

· 
Identify product/service changes to meet customer needs.

· 
Responsible for monthly TN Outpatient reporting and analysis across Ensure, Glucerna and Juven brands including updating monthly performance dashboards to inform Brand, Cross functional, and Leadership teams of results and insights

· 
Leads monthly call with Brands and select Field Reps, captures, and publishes actions items, and is responsible for consulting with brands to develop agendas

· 
Monitor, analyze and evaluate product program performance to continuously improve results and share insights with Brand, Cross Functional, and Leadership teams

· 
Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecast to adjust throughout the year to maximize performance

· 
Prepare sales forecast quarterly in partnership with Brand and Cross Functional teams and manage monthly budget

· 
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.  These groups may include the HCP Sales team, Sales and Commercial Operations and Analytics, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Public Affairs, Legal, R&D, Sr. Leaders, Global Abbott Partners and external vendors or agencies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

· 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

· 
2-5 years of brand management, HCP sales or business analytics experience.  Preferred experience in healthcare or food and beverage industry

· 
2+ years of demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams

· 
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

· 
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· 
An ability to think strategically and develop annual plans and financial commitments

· 
An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to changing customer and HCP needs

· 
Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas; Intellectual curiosity

· 
The ability to manage and allocate budgets

· 
Written and verbal communication skills

· 
Experience with and an understanding of market research and data

· 
Sales experience a plus

The base pay for this position is
$71,300.00 – $142,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
