Territory Manager 
Salary:  Competitive Salary 
Location: Home-based  with Frequent Travel

As a Territory Manager for specific , you will be at the forefront of our commercial activities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and market penetration within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with local key accounts and our dealer network, ensuring that our financial products and services are effectively delivered and aligned with the needs of our customers.

Who Are You and Your New Colleagues:

You are a results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer relationship management. You are experienced in selling financial products, you have a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market and a proven track record in managing credit portfolios through a dealer network. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with your ability to build and manage relationships, make you the ideal candidate for this role. Role & Responsibilities:

·  Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve profitability and sales objectives.
·  Maximize business growth with a focus on interest spread, fee income, and After Tax Return on Equity (ATROE).
·  Manage key accounts, fostering relationships between dealers and business areas.
·  Proactively enhance service offerings, leveraging local knowledge and customer relationships.
·  Implement and commercialize new products and services within your territory.
·  Drive market coverage and improve quotation effectiveness using the Price Manager.
·  Support debt collection and risk management activities as needed.
·  Provide training and coaching to junior sales team members, contributing to their professional growth.
