What you will do

Quality Supervisor II

Core Responsibilities
•    Maintain appropriate quality performance documentation, charts, graphs, etc.
•    Communicate effectively to inform all members of business unit on performance and results
•    Support Quality in station activities with the Business Manufacturing Units
•    Support continuous improvement activities affecting quality within assembly process
•    Supervise, Lead, and coach employees assigned
•    Conduct touch-points with employees to ensure positive desired performance outcomes
•    Certify and approve work schedules and time keeping
•    Implement follow-up and corrective action on repetitive quality issues
•    Support problem solving teams and processes as identified in the Quality Toolbox
•    Facilitate PR/QULIS audit response and follow-up actions
•    Support assembly trials and drive for best quality practices
•    Support the Containment Program on Quality Issues and analyze containment metrics
•    Serve as liaison with support groups to communicate Quality issues
•    Serve as Quality Resource for Manufacturing Business Units
•    Support the ISO Quality System

Minimum Education Required
•    High School Degree 
•    Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum Years of Experience Required:
•    2-5 years of related experience
•    Experience in Quality Field: Internship/Co-Op, Auditor, Inspector, Quality Engineer, Quality Advisor

Other Requirements:
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.
•    Knowledge of manufacturing environment and engineering principles as related to safety, quality and delivery. (Preferred)
