What you will do

Earn while you learn. Volvo Group Australia’s apprenticeship program offers practical, on-the-job experience that lead to a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology. You’ll be working with a world leader in transport solutions and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best Technicians in the heavy vehicle industry. While the qualification is predominantly mechanically focused, there are elements of auto-electrical work that will feature in your learning as well.

 

 

Your future team

We are offering apprenticeship placements starting in January 2025 for our Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) Brisbane North dealership, based in Pinkenba. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the team of roughly 40 is made up of Mechanics, Auto-Electricians, Trades Assistants, Apprentices, Service Advisor’s and Costing Clerk’s. The VCV Brisbane North team pride themselves on running a quality and highly efficient operation, in a supportive team environment.
