Introductie

 

De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Group wereldwijd. Elke dag assembleren bijna 2000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit. Zo staan innovatie en continue verbetering standaard op onze agenda, en dat al van dag 1. Jouw ideale job

 

·  Je staat in voor de operationele leiding van een deel van het logistieke proces
·  Door je medewerkers te coachen, aan te sturen en te motiveren bereik je samen met hen de vooropgestelde objectieven
·  Je coördineert en organiseert de activiteiten op een efficiënte manier zodat er flexibel kan ingespeeld worden op wijzigende omstandigheden
·  Je bent de drijvende kracht voor het continu verbeteren van de processen en de resultaten in je verantwoordelijkheidsgebied
·  Bij dit alles hou je rekening met de voorschriften op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu
