What you'll get from us
· Learn the Industry: Dive into the world of commercial vehicles, understanding the ins and outs of truck specifications, features, and benefits.
· Receive Comprehensive Training & Mentorship : Gain hands-on experience working closely with established team members to learn sales techniques, negotiation skills, and relationship building through tailored training, including the renowned Volvo Truck Sales Academy .
· Build Relationships: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the truck selection process, and offer tailored solutions.
· Drive Sales: Support your team in meeting sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of Volvo Trucks.

· Passion for Sales: You’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, and excited to learn about the sales process in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
· Strong Communication Skills: You connect easily with people, listening to their needs, and delivering clear, thoughtful solutions.
· Learning Mindset: You're curious, eager to learn, and willing to embrace new challenges – whether that’s mastering the technical aspects of our trucks or understanding the latest industry trends.
· Customer-Focused: You genuinely care about providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
· Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required (don’t worry if you don’t have a C or C+E license yet – we can help you with that!)
