Group Trucks Purchasing has 125 BSEK in purchasing annual spend and 2,550 supply chain partners in serial production. Main Responsibilities / Key deliverables

·  Develop & implement Data Analytics methodologies to assist in problem solving, in making forecasts & predictions
·  Build information entities and data sets
·  Extract and structure data using specialized analytics tools and use it to analyze opportunities/problems defined by the business
·  Analyze the extracted data and come up with inferences
·  Use adapt standard/summary reports and executive level presentations to direct business strategy like PowerBI solutions etc
·  Responsible for analytics assignment, from data & business value exploration
·  Build expertise in data sources to find, manage and simplify complex data 
·  Integrate data and product knowledge to build cases and convey insights 
·  Suggest improvement proposals, towards local and global organization.
·  Generate workable solution using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
·  Support the strategic roadmap for both analytics methods and the future tools & platform
·  Contribute to solving some complex challenges in the areas of data mining and optimization
·  Actively find new ways to support purchasing to improve existing data structure
·  Extract and structure data using specialized analytics tools under general supervision

 

Competence & Experience

·  Degree in engineering, statistics, or mathematics
·  Data analytics experience in automotive industry related to Purchasing and supply chain domain is an added advantage
·  Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
·  Technical expertise  regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
·  Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and programming languages like SQL, Oracle, Python and DAX queries
·  Advanced excel knowledge
·  Ability to use descriptive statistical methods (distribution, regression, classification, statistical tests)
·  Worked on visualization tools, like PowerBI and Microsoft Power Platform  
·  Sharp analytic & logical mindset and effective problem solver
·  Ability to effectively translate business problems into technical challenges
·  Creativity & Innovative thinking reframing traditional patterns of thinking and applying new and evolving ideas, methods, designs, and technologies
·  Experience of working in Agile methodology environment is preferred
·  Ability to deliver concrete results with speed and strong collaboration skills
·  Ability to work in an environment were not everything will be framed from day 1
·  Good communication skills
