Description
·
To implement comprehensive TPM program.
·
To conduct baseline studies of all existing machines.
·
To draft TPM master plan/schedule.
·
To setup system to track machine efficiencies and breakdowns.
·
To generate reports relating to machine performance, budgeting, etc.
·
To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines.
·
To conduct tool box meetings and trainings.
·
To assist Department Manager to maintain budget according to plan and track monthly expenditure.
·
To participate and support all HSE programs.
·
To raise PR for parts/service procurement.
·
To setup system for spare parts inventory.
·
To used CAD software for drawing machine layouts and spare parts.
·
To look for parts substitution when appropriate.
·
To participate in all Audits such as HSE, FM Global, ISO, etc.
·
To participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements
·
Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
·
Have at least 6 years of maintenance experience in machine shop environment of which 1 – 2 years of Supervisory level is preferred.
·
Strong communication skills.
·
Prior experience in managing projects will be an added advantage.
