Proposed missions :

 

The works contract department at the Lyon operating center is part of the Construction, Works Contracts and Commissioning department. Over the years, it has supported its customers in the contracting of construction subcontracts. The department's mission can be considered as technical purchasing.

 

Around 50% of its business is carried out on projects in France, with the remainder mainly in Europe.

 

In order to manage the department with modern tools, it is planned to put all the department's data in a single database: KPIs, contract amounts signed, duration of purchasing process, etc., and to set up a PowerBI report on these data. The trainee will be able to suggest which indicators should be monitored.

In addition, as part of our business is conducted in France, a summary report must be produced to evaluate construction companies in France. This report will be based on the company's own data, but also on existing lists from chambers of commerce, for example.

You will be part of a small, dynamic and close-knit team (8 people), and you will be able to rely on the support of each member to carry out your mission.

 

 

Profile required :

 

What we expect from you:

·  Currently studying for a Bac +3,
·  You have knowledge of data research and are able to synthesize information,
·  Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus,
·  You are fluent in both spoken and written English,
·  Knowledge of Pack Office and PowerBI

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
