Main function of Job:

· Provision of technical support services to Projects, Tendering and internal and external clients.
· Provision of engineering services and completion of tasks to enable the continued development of the umbilical product.
· Ensuring work is completed according to agreed guidelines, design rules and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensure that department and company QHS&E objectives and targets are met.
Main duties:

· Provision of technical support services to Projects, Tendering and internal and external clients.
· Provision of engineering services and completion of tasks to enable the continued development of the umbilical product.
· Ensuring work is completed according to agreed guidelines, design rules and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensure that department and company QHS&E objectives and targets are met.
· Assistance with tasks associated with department administration and project management.
· Assistance with the control of engineering input to project responses and policing the utilisation of umbilical design rules and guidelines.
· Generation, checking and maintenance of design rules associated with the job function.
· Provide guidance to the manufacturing unit.
· Provide support to Business Development.
· Maintain and develop supplier and material qualification requirements
Qualifications/Experience required:

· Degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline.
· Experience in relevant areas.
