Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for supervising a team of 5-20 personnel, including supervisors, overseeing the management of the integrity and timely production of equipment records produced by the Subsea Services Operation group. Responsibilities include:
· Serving as the primary interface between FMC and the customer with regard to ensuring the assembly and delivery of accurate records in a timely manner
· Frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders including peer-level managers and internal customers (workshop owners)
· Responsible for controlling costs to ensure adherence to cost center budgets
· Development and implementation of processes to improve the Records Management function for SS NAM
· Communicating effectively with shop owners on records requirements which meet customer standards
· Mentoring and developing a team around TechnipFMC's core values and the desired traits of a customer-focused Service organization.
· Collaboration with other business unit Managers/Supervisors to ensure process alignment and effective hand-offs within critical business processes.
· Commitment to continuous improvement through empowerment and management

MAIN TASKS:
· Meet with internal and external customers to gain and ensure requirements are being met with regard to the management of customer records
· Ensure correct and effective staffing of organization
· Organizes, develops, supervises and coaches direct reports
· Conducts quarterly performance reviews with direct reports to ensure development agreements and timely performance feedback is being communicated.
· Leads strategic activities related to Records and Data Management to ensure the overall accuracy and integrity of stored data/records related to Customer and FMC owned assets, in accordance with internal and external requirements.
· Ensures compliance of department processes, work instructions and continuous improvement methods.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Master's Degree a plus
· At least six years of related experience in records management and documentation process management
· At least three years supervisory experience required.
· Demonstrated history of strong leadership specifically related to workforce development, establishing goals and objectives, establishing clear requirements and continuous improvement
· Extensive knowledge of records management systems a plus
· Proficiency in developing process maps and operating procedures for use in training stakeholders, process owners and process operators.
· Knowledge and experience with API (American Petroleum Institute) Q1 and Q2 and ISO (Industry Standards Organization) standards and other applicable industry standards.
· Ability to prepare and present moderately complex reports to all levels of management and internal/external partners.
· Ability to define deadlines and manage priorities for self and others is critical.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paces environment.
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
