Technip Iberia is looking for aProject Information Management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Project Information Management function by working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, implementing and providing global IM standards and improving IM solutions.

Job description

In this role you will manage all the Information Management activities and deliverables for the Project and will ensure timely completion to the required quality standards and effective handover of the information to Client.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

·  Develop and maintain the Project Information Management strategy and the Information Management plan, according to TechnipFMC standards and Client requirements, to ensure data centric project delivery.
·  Participate to the definition of the different Project Breakdown Structures
·  Clarify with Client the tagging procedure with the support of engineering disciplines.
·  Review the Class Library with the disciplines and make clarifications/derogations to Client if necessary. Ensure that disciplines are aware of the data to be provided.
·  Prepare and issue Information Management deliverables: Information Management Plan, Equipment Numbering Procedure, Data Control Procedure, Suppliers Data Requirements Specification, Handover Procedure…
·  Ensure that Information Management requirements are included in the requisitions issued to Vendors.
·  Present requirements to Suppliers (tagging procedure, deliverables to be issued, process to follow, quality of data…) during the clarification meetings & kick-off meetings. Ensure that these requirements are understood and met.
·  Build and maintain a Master Tag Register collecting the different properties linked to the tags, to answer internal (Commissioning, Maintenance, Construction…) and external needs (Class Library). Coordinate with engineering disciplines for data validation before consolidation and import in the Engineering Data Warehouse.
·  Extract from the Engineering Data Warehouse the deliverables to Company, compiling Engineering and Vendor data.
·  Issue regular reporting to Project management and Client.

You are meant for this role if you have/ are:

·  Master's Degree preferred, with 5+ years of experience
·  Able to demonstrate recent and applicable experience in similar role.
·  Experience and knowledge of Engineering work processes, preferably in Oil & Gas
·  Knowledge of data control processes and systems
·  Fluent in both written and spoken English
·  Proficient in Excel
·  Experience with databases and with Aveva Engineering / Aveva Net
