MAIN MISSIONS:

Within our Surface International department, reporting to the ChiefEngineer Life of Field, Your main missionswill be:

·  Translate customer requirements into Systems and Services Integrated Solutions.
·  Design complex engineering plans and review/approve Design Packages for Systems, Subsystems, Products and associated Services.
·  Understand the economic factors within assignment area (cost, margins, profit impact of decision, installation and services)
·  Support the creation of technical training modules in cooperation with the SI Learning and Development organization.
·  Participate into the development and rollout of innovative Service and Aftermarket activities.
·  Provide technical support as needed to the eFNCR root cause analysis, corrective actions and analytics.
·  Define and document the governance processes of the LOF Engineering in GBPMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·  No direct reports however regularly acts as significant contributor to major complex projects
·  Executes projects per TechnipFMC Engineering Execution Processes and Industry codes
·  Prioritize and anticipate risks and recommends best practices and mitigation strategies.

REQUIRED GENERAL SOFT SKILLS

·  Generally characterized asa "Senior Contributor" with the ability to lead functional project teams if needed.
·  Communicates effectively with internal and external customers. Strong written and verbal communication skillswith ability to transfer subject matter expertise. (Coach and mentor others). Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
·  Advanced analytical and problem solving, systematically utilizing prevention skills
·  Ability to prepare and delivery somewhat complex proposals and reports to any audience.
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS :
·  BS Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.(Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
·  Working knowledge of Surface Technologies (Drilling & Completion, Pressure Control System, Production Systems, Integrated Offshore Solutions)
·  Demonstrated ability to create installable, functional, and cost effective designs that meet specification requirement from external clients.
·  Understanding of typical design codes is required.(API, ISO, ASME, IECEx)
·  Knowledge of the main software packages for Engineering applications.
