Job description:
Reports to the Head of Planning and Scheduling Department, you will administrate and develop the software JANUS. JANUS is the TECHNIP ENERGIES progress measurement system that allows the calculation of the physical progress of Home Offices Services including Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing. Be a major actor of the Digitalization process of the Planning & Scheduling Department.
Your main missions will be:
· Maintain and test the JANUS tool. JANUS is the TECHNIP ENERGIES progress measurement system that allows the calculation of the physical progress of Home Offices Services including Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing,
· Ensure the deployment of the versions,
· Gather the development requirement and coordinate with the development center.
· Assist the end users,
· Develop and create new Data Models, new types of reporting and dashboard from Power-BI interfaced with the other Project Control tools.
You are meant for this job if you have/are :
· Experience in data sciences, statistics, data analysis and processing.
· Knowledge, in Physical Progress calculation based on “Earned Value” methodology,
· Digital culture,
· Flexible in thinking and action, Out-of the box thinking
· Rigorous,
· Systematic and methodical approach in working,
· Natural skills to set up good networking and Team spirit,
· Organized to work with efficiency in a time constraint environment,
· Solid oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
· Background in a technical engineering discipline.
· Experience in the Oil and Gas engineering project.
· Knowledge in Planning & Scheduling and use of the Primavera P6 software
