Proposed tasks : 

Working within the Social Affairs department (Social Affairs Director, two Senior Labor and Employment Law attorneys, Paralegal Labor Relations), you will participate, in close collaboration with team members, in the department's various activities. The diversity of subjects dealt with will enable you to tackle both individual and collective labor law issues. As part of your duties, you will be involved in the following activities in particular :

- You will provide legal support to the Social Affairs team in the organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings with employee representatives (preparation of agendas, invitations to meetings of CSE E, CSE C, CSSCT, commissions, etc.).
- You will participate in the preparation of CSE appraisals (preparation of follow-up documents, communications with experts, management of interviews and analysis of appraisal reports).
- You will participate in the construction and follow-up of our company's social agenda.
- You will participate in the preparation of materials/agreements for the negotiation of company-wide agreements, and monitor the implementation of these agreements. You will contribute to the communication of social information.
- As the guarantor of compliance with and proper application of labor law within the company, you will support managers and HRBPs in all matters relating to industrial relations.

 

Profile required :

What we expect from you :
- A student lawyer looking for a PPI internship, you have a Master 2 in labor law or labor relations.
- Initial experience (internship, work-study program, etc.) gained in a company and/or law firm would be appreciated.
- You have a sound knowledge of labor law (individual and collective relations).
- You are a self-starter, curious and rigorous, with a flair for initiative.
- You enjoy teamwork and are able to adapt to different contacts.
- You must respect professional rules (punctuality, etc.) and confidentiality.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Office 365).
- To be able to interact in a multicultural environment, a good level of English is recommended.
During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
