Proposed missions :

The HRIS team (P&C Technology Generalists team) is made up of people based in Italy, France, India, Malaysia and the USA. The team's objectives include : 

·  The adoption of HR systems by their users,
·  Support HR system managers (Product Owners) in their activities (testing, communication, training, support),
·  Ensure data quality,
·  Share user feedback with Product Owners and Process Owners.

 

This recently created team needs to develop its skills in all products (HR systems), structure its documentation management, and adopt best practices (testing, local communication, etc.).

 

As part of this multicultural team, you will work closely with the manager on the design, communication and adoption of communication media, training and follow-up.

 

Your main tasks will be

·  Creation of a training program for team members, monitoring implementation, capturing feedback and continuous improvement.
·  Creation of a documentation management program, monitoring implementation, capturing feedback and continuous improvement.
·  Participate in various improvement projects, monitor actions and ensure progress.
·  Participate in communication campaigns.

 

 

Profile required :

 

What we expect from you:

·  Currently completing Bac +4.
·  You're curious, you like working with people all over the world, you're rigorous and organized.
·  Fluent in English (spoken and written).
·  Knowledge of Pack Office.

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
