Job purpose:
· Plan and implement internal communication strategy for the company in coordination with the Corporate Programs & Events Manager
· Co-ordinate, plan and produce internal communications messages and materials that support the company strategy, values and culture.
· Instill our purpose ‘Breaking boundaries together to engineer a sustainable future.
· Manage internal events
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Corporate Programs & Events Manager
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally:
Members of Corporate Communications team.
Corporate Function members such as Safety, Quality, Legal, Human Resources etc.
Heads of Communications in the regions.
Externally:
Communications agencies, external providers.
Main Accountabilities:
Corporate programs and internal events
· Work with a range of relevant stakeholders across the business to deliver companywide internal campaigns aligned with the communications strategy, ensuring business goals and initiatives are communicated effectively.
· Plan and deliver internal communication for change programs and workplace culture campaigns, championing the importance of employee voice, diversity and inclusion, collaboration and wellbeing
· Manage and continuously enhance internal communication strategy, utilizing insights from feedback and evaluation to ensure effective targeting of messages.
· Write or produce high-quality, creative communication materials content in our consistent brand tone of voice.
· Manage the planning and delivery of significant internal communications events, both virtually and face-to-face, especially company ‘rituals’ and celebrations.
· Align internal communications activities across Technip Energies.
· Build and foster relationships across business, functions and communications network to understand requirements and ensure employees are engaged across multiple physical locations.
· Measure the success and follow up on the corporate programs communication and events implementation.
· Assist to facilitate interactions with the communications network worldwide.
· Evolution? this position could evolve towards a senior role or a managerial role on the mid-long run.
Profile:
· Master’s in Communications
· 3-5 yrs of experience in internal communications, marketing communications, Public relations or related scope.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English, including editing, and adapting English to French & vice versa.
· Ability to manage multiple companywide projects and tasks effectively.
· Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Event management experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and operational communication skills
· Enthusiasm, creativity and capacity to innovate while respecting international and cultural diversity.
