Internship description
Assist Project Managers /Engineering Manager/Project Control Team in managing and maintaining all visual management tools and key performance indicators of the Project, Summarize and refine all the key indicators / events in order to ensure the Management have a clear view of the project development and communicate to all stakeholders accordingly.
Main responsibilities / tasks:

Structure, prepare and update key performance indicators, including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Operation, HSE, Quality, Planning, etc…

Assist project managers and discipline leads in meeting preparation and to facilitate management meetings held in the Campaign Room, i.e., to update and follow-up action list
·
To be actively involved in cost control (including monthly review of forecasts, analysis of variations…) and planning (establish planning indicators/tools) activities Other activities, including preparation of project dashboard, presentations to executive management
Profile :
You are preparing an Engineering degree ( Bac +5 - Polytech Nantes, Ecoles Centrale, INSAs, Ecole des Mines, DESS Energie Thermique … )
You are curious, proactive, adaptable, you want to evolve in a multicultural work environment. You have a working level of English and French.
