About the role :
The Commercial Manager is an largely external facing role identifying and developing opportunities, both within our existing Client base as well as new Clients. Main focus is on securing work with New Clients to diversify our portfolio and reduce reliance on few Clients. This role will support Win-It work across all Practices & Markets, engagement with Clients as well as tracking and monitoring market & business trends to identify and convert opportunities for business growth and transformation. From an internal perspective , the role will be primarily to manage the tendering activities for the Genesis France office. Support will be provided by the local Delivery Managers and Global resource team and corporate support functions.
Reporting Line: Head of Country France
Role Responsibility:
· Ensuring achievement of Order Intake KPI which is a segment of the required Global order intake attributed to the specific portfolio
· Proactively seek out new clients and new opportunities for business growth across all Practices & Markets.
· Focus on diversifying our portfolio and reduce reliance on few Clients
· Support all the marketing activities and business development initiatives
· Actively interface with TEN commercial team to collaboratively develop opportunities within the Advisory & Digital Service lines
· Accountable for delivery of tenders submitted from Genesis France achieve Client expectations and Genesis business drivers
· Accountable for ensuring local selling & tendering budgets are achieved or improved
· Organise internal decision gate meetings (Capture / Invest / Submit)
· Coordinate with local Delivery Managers to provide necessarily technical inputs for the submission to client
· Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance and other corporate support functions during tender process
· Coordinate with local and Global resource teams to ensure proposals are adequately staffed and project resources selected accordingly to Client needs and budget.
· Promote use of global delivery centres to increase overall profitability
· Support Business Development campaigns to grow and diversify our market footprint and Client base
· Work closely with the Tendering and Local Delivery Managers to ensure all relevant MSA pricing and grade mapping information is correct and look for opportunities to improve profitability on current MSAs
· Evaluate and compile market intelligence, overview and trends in the market. Monitor and provide visibility on local market pricing and competitor activity
