Flow Testing Supervisor II

We are looking for an experienced Materials Coordinator who will help manage vendor contracts and commercial agreements as well as control the flow of all inventory and third-party services required for product delivery
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Flow Testing Services Supervisor II will work at wellsite locations by assisting with the rig up and rig down of Flow Testing Service's equipment. Additionally, the Flow Testing Supervisor II will be required to test and monitor flowing wells, record data accurately and maintain a safe working environment, always. The Flow Testing Operator I, II,III and the Flow Testing Supervisor I will report to the Flow Testing Supervisor II.
ยท Support supervisor / cross shift
ยท The ability to lead shift without supervision
ยท Supervise up to 5 crew members
ยท Ability to relieve Flow Testing Services Supervisor I on lower profile wells (prior manager approval required)
ยท Follow company policies and procedures
ยท Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
ยท Ability to rig up and rig down
ยท Extensive knowledge of testing principles
ยท Extensive knowledge of separation process
ยท Consistently perform proper equipment maintenance
ยท Operate pressure tank equipment jobs
ยท Operate wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
ยท Operate sour wells
ยท Operate multiple pieces of equipment on location during a job
ยท Provide multiple services on location during jobs
ยท Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
ยท Strong technical and mechanical abilities
ยท Operate company vehicles and equipment
ยท Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
ยท Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
ยท Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment trainings are up to date
ยท Responsible for personal safety
ยท Responsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues
ยท Responsible for Incident Management
ยท Contribute to the evaluation of project with supervisor
ยท Working knowledge of FIRE software
ยท Communicate consistently and effectively with Flow Testing Supervisor III / IV, Superintendent and Manager
ยท Ability to assist in proving input to operation working procedures
ยท Ability to collect and report location and / or yard inventories when requested
ยท Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
REQUIREMENTS:
ยท High school diploma or GED
ยท Minimum of two years demonstrated knowledge in Flow Testing operations
ยท Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
ยท Ability to follow directions and routines
ยท Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
ยท Effective verbal and written communication
ยท Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
ยท Excellent verbal and written communication
ยท Organized and detail oriented
ยท Self-Starter
ยท Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) on a 21/7 and / or a 28/14 days on / off schedule
ยท Available to work scheduled โonโ time in locations away from home base when business needs require support
ยท Adapt well to inclement weather and operational conditions
ยท Operator must have a Driver's License meets eligibility requirements of TechnipFMC drivers points policy
ยท Driving is a critical function of this Supervisor II position
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock. Moderate to very loud noise levels. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl; Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
