About The Job
Primary focus of this role is to analyze data, monitor quality of Data, propose way forward based on analytics.
Monitor and complete KPI’s, Supply and follow-up on CSRD/ESG data. Propose improvements and drive/support Environmental communication.
The role which you will play
Support environmental management with data analytics and high data quality.
You will work closely with the Operations (Engineering-Procurement-Construction), Sustainability department & the HSE Heads of the main Operating Centers. You will participate in the Environmental working group.
The Environmental Analyst will be part of global QHSES Organization. You will report directly to the Environmental Officer.
The position is based in the Paris Area, France.
Responsibilities
· Create analytic reports and clarifications on Environmental topics.
· Supply and complete CSRD/ESG reporting.
· Alert on deviations and track set targets.
· Monitor and manage all Environmental reporting.
· Drive and manage digitalization projects.
· Promote Environmental subjects at global or OC level:
· General information on TENET and Yammer
· Five for TEN…
· Contribute to prepare global events with the communication teams,
· Responsible for:
· Report properly consumptions, emissions, biodiversity impacts and incidents
· Build robust analytics of the data reported monthly, quarterly and annually
· Participate to internal and external audits, when necessary
· Reporting
· Continuously improve the tools required for the environmental reporting of the Group
· Articulate these tools with the other useful reporting tools
· Basic knowledge of environment management system
Main Skills
· Sound ability to summarize and to report on complex technical issues
· Good research and data analytic skills
· Oral and written communication skills in the English language
· Comfortable in multi-cultural environment and excellent teamwork skills,
· Flexible and able to work under pressure.
· Quick learner and achiever
Experience
· Basic experience in Environmental data management.
· Digital knowledge
· Driving digitalization projects within the Environmental scope
· Experience working with Multi-cultural and international teams
Education
· Automation background.
· A Plus: Degree in Environmental Engineering or a relevant professional qualification
