Proposed missions
As part of the corporate culture, values and communication rules of Technip Energies, you will aim to propose and implement the contents of the new Welcome to the Jungle pages of Technip Energies France.

You will exercise your mission under the hierarchical supervision of the Head of Communication of Technip Energies France in daily contact with the Recruitment team. You will be installed within the Engineering Division to be closer to the operations. 

Your goals
In charge of the launch and animation of the Welcome to the Jungle pages, you will contribute to the recruitment of Technip Energies France: 
• By making our jobs, achievements, culture and job offers visible to candidates,
• By developing innovative and impactful content, reflecting our pride in belonging,
• As part of the messages and visuals defined by the Technip Energies Employer Brand (EVP). 

 

Editorial 

·  Analyze other companies’ content on Welcome to the Jungle. 
·  Define and deploy an editorial calendar to plan priority topics based on recruitment needs. 
·  Provide innovative content and formats: testimonials, videos, interviews, etc.
·  Propose, collect, design, write, format, produce and disseminate information on the Welcome to the jungle pages of Technip Energies France, in line with global communication consistency and by monitoring the entire editorial chain. 

Multimedia 
Propose and produce photo and video reports (preparation of briefs, organization of filming and interviews) to highlight the talents and achievements of Technip Energies France teams. 

 

Animation of an internal network of contributors 
You will be required to work in interface with the Communication and with a large number of interlocutors in the different Divisions. 
To do this, you will need to: 
• Set up a network facilitation methodology via regular editorial board meetings,
• Formalize reports and action plans,
• Share and analyze how you will monitor the performance indicators of the Welcome to the Jungle pages and adjust actions as needed.

 

Profil

Vous avez à minima d'un Bac+4/5 en Communication et vous souhaitez poursuivre dans ce domaine. Vous avez déjà effectué d’autres stages ou alternances en communication. Vous êtes autonome, volontaire, réactif(ve), organisé(s) et débrouillard(e) ! Vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel, d’un sens de la confidentialité et d'esprit d'équipe. Vos qualités d’expression et d’écriture en français sont incontestables. Et surtout, vous aimez écrire ! Vous combinez des qualités de rigueur à un esprit créatif et curieux. Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais. La maîtrise du pack office est impérative, ainsi que celle d’Adobe Première Pro. Des connaissances sur la suite Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator et Photoshop) sont un vrai plus.
