Career Context - Technip Energies Loading Systems

This opportunity is opened because of the evolution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process within Technip Energies Loading System Business line.

Our Loading Systems unit is based in Sens (125 KM from Paris) acting across the petrochemicals, gas and new energies industry, from offshore facilities, refineries to chemical users.
Our activities since the 1950s have been providing marine loading arms for onshore and offshore use, with different applications on the energy market. Our superior loading arms engineering has helped to distinguish us on the LNG market, making our clients rely on us to be a trusted solution provider.

We have been blazing trails in offshore and ship-to-ship transfers, while providing a full-fledged FLNG offer. We have field-proven technologies to meet energy transition challenges.
A PLM framework, called ARAS Innovator, is used as the backbone to support Loading Systems on Engineering core processes and activities, also interfacing with other Technip Energies key applications to fulfil the complete Product lifecycle.

Why we need you?

As Support Level 2 you will be A key contributor allowing the proper translation from the needs expressed by the Business to the technical language needed by the IT Team to integrate them on PLM, ensuring the smooth performance of PLM tool, data safety, Business demands are expedited correctly and the work processes are integrated in the tool.

Who will you be working with?

·  You will work in close collaboration with IT and Business PLM Owners, for PLM administration purpose.
·  You will be the main IT point of contact for Loading Systems PLM key users, so you can expect short missions to Sens base.
·  You will have regular interactions the Support L2 Team of other ARAS PLM initiatives within Technip Energies.
·  You are the point of contact for the Support Level 3 Team based in India (Chennai) for the developments, debugging and enhancements propose.
·  You will coordinate with other IT areas (Data Management, Infrastructure, Release, DataBase, etc) to expedite the PLM needs concerned to those Technical Teams.

Key Activities

Administration:

·  You will support IT Owner on PLM Releases (UAT, Delivery and Deployment phases).
·  You will manage the PLM configuration.
·  Manage Interfaces in coordination with IT Architecture Team.
·  Manage PLM Master Data in coordination with IT Data Management Team.
·  Coordination with Support L1 Team and escalation to Support L3 Team.

Documentation Management:

·  Create and maintain PLM documentation.

Monitoring:

·  Use the monitoring tools to analyze the application health.
·  Assist the IT Owner Performing application performance testing.

Reporting:

·  Coordinate with Support L3 Team to generate reporting based on the KPIs defined by Business and IT Owners.
·  Collect feedback and requests from Support L1 Team to share with Business and IT Owners.

What are we looking for?

        Compulsory

·  French and English: Fluent speaker and good writer
·  Understanding PLM systems or similar process as Document Management or others
·  Critical thinking to analyse business requests and transform them to a clear request to IT Teams
·  Ability to work on multicultural environment
·  Ability to work with Business representatives on work prioritizing.

        Nice to Have

·  Experience working on ARAS PLM systems
·  Knowledge and experience in Agile Development Methodology (idealy SAFe)
·  Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
·  Experience working with Azure DevOps
·  Bachelor in Engineering
