We are currently looking for a Communications Officer, reporting to Communications Manager UK.

Responsible for delivery of agreed communications activities for TechnipFMC's business in Dunfermline.

Main tasks

·  Delivery of annual Communications plan for the Dunfermline campus, as agreed with local management team and Communications Manager UK.
·  Support creation and delivery of business content for key internal communications channels including email announcements, intranet, digital screens, Yammer, Connexions magazine (minimum of 3 per year), photography etc.
·  Support delivery of internal events including all-hands employee meetings twice a year (including liaison on agenda and speakers, production of presentation materials, logistics, etc).
·  Coordinate and assist the delivery in Dunfermline of all Corporate Communications internal programs, events and practices eg branding guidance, Our Day event, campaigns. Also, proactively suggest news items for use on Corporate internal and external channels.
·  Participate in the local Corporate Social Responsibility team and support promotion of their activities; encourage liaison with Aberdeen CSR group.
·  Public relations: ensure creation of appropriate PR materials and establish contact with local media, in order to promote Dunfermline campus achievements externally.
·  Support the agreed Communications requirements of the VP Manufacturing Well Control & Manifold | EMS, ensuring alignment with Communications Manager UK and South America Communications team
·  Provide support to the Communications Manager UK and UK /Europe Communications teams when require

Qualifications and experience

·  2-4 years of Corporate Communications or marketing experience required, ideally with internal communications experience in a large company environment.
·  HND/Degree level Communications, Marketing or Media subject, or equivalent.
