As one of two Joint Venture partners appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project, we are looking for highly skilled and committed professionals to join us in this endeavour.

Located in Pengerang, Johor, the RAPID project, an undertaking by PETRONAS, aims at building a world-scale integrated refinery and petrochemical complex to address the growing need for specialty chemicals and to meet the demand for petroleum and commodity petrochemical products in the Asia Pacific region.

JOB TITLE :

Camp Welfare Compliance Monitor / Common recreation area.

JOB PURPOSE :

To monitor Contractor on welfare compliance standards and quality of contractual requirements

Profile:

Must have :

·  10 years experience, in specific fields and a recent record of achievement with in the Oil
·  & Gas industry on major camp constructed residential projects.
·  Security.
·  Environment. .
·  Strong leadership skills. :
·  Strong Understanding HSE requirements within camp environment.
·  Good computer skills Microsoft, Excel
·  Fluent in Bahasa and English and written English

Nice to have :

·  Welfare experience

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

·  Provide monitoring auditing and and assurance that camp service provider operates in accordance with contractual compliance and management plans
·  Prepare and submit reports to Camp Operation Coordinator.
·  Assist daily and monthly reporting to Camp operations coordinator.
·  Take part of auditing team for EPCC If and when required.
·  Perform customer and client surveys.
·  Review and implement all welfare camp management plans.
·  Maintain high HSE standards across all areas of work.
·  Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
·  Liaise with Camp Operation manager, security and HSE manager,
·  Implement a strict regime of checks / inspections and audits within the SPC and common
·  area within the RAPID Camp.
·  Liaise with camp service contractor on Camp related issues.
·  Collate and disseminate all information relating to camp operations to management.
·  Complete other duties as assigned by Camp operation Coordinator.
·  Complete all reports within an identified time frame.
·  Capable of working unsupervised.
