Camp Compliance Manager- Rapid PMC (Based in Pengerang)

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Review & approve all Camp Management Plans to ensure compliance

1.1 Provide monitoring and assurance that all Contractors operate in accordance with Management Plans

Monitor all Camp Contractors on application of IFC Performance Standards

1.2 Liaise with EPCC Camp Managers and HSE managers at regular intervals to discuss any issues arising within the camps

1.3 Ensure codes of conduct for camp residents are strictly enforced

1.4 Monitor all EPCC camp events subsequently reporting to Camp Commander/Overall camp manager

1.5 Implement a strict regime of camp checks/inspections and audits

1.6 Monitor contractor's compliance to Owner PTS or other documented standards.

1.7 Source contractor/sub-contractor unsanctioned camps outside of RAPID

1.8 Ensure all EPCC have the required permits and licenses for camp occupation

1.9 Liaise with sub-contractors and PMC Site supervisors on design and requirements of pioneer camps within the RAPID Temporary camp area

1.10 Set up camp Pre occupation inspections to assess suitability of occupation

1.11 Set up individual EPCC camp issues logs

1.12 Set up workable plans for EPCC to rectify issues

1.13 Carry out IFC PS2 Audits as part of the PMC Assurance

1.14 Set up EPCC pioneer and Temporary camp inspection schedules

1.15 Ensure each EPCC has the required policies and procedures for the safe operation of camps

1.16 Assist PMC Camp operations coordinator with welfare and recreational requirements for the Small Package Camp

1.17 Carry out contractual inspections on O&M contractor for Small packages camp

1.18 Monitor all EPCC construction site welfare facilities for compliance

JOB REQUIREMENTS;

15-20 years experience, in specific fields and a recent record of achievement with in the Oil

& Gas industry on major camp constructed residential projects. : Security.: Environment. . : Strong leadership skills. :: Strong Understanding HSE requirements within camp environment.: Good computer skills Microsoft, Excel
