Profile (Skills & Qualifications)
a. Must have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering
b. Nice to have: SP3D/PDS/PDMS Administration Skills with
Programming knowledge of SQL, VB, .Net

Main Accountabilities

The main accountabilities of a CAD administrator shall be, Setting up of project, customization, CAD support to multi discipline in a project
In order to achieve the main accountabilities, a candidate must have the following skill sets
• Candidate should have fair knowledge in SP3D/PDS/PDMS
• Adept in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of database software's like Oracle, SQL Server
• Proficient in PDS, SP3D, PDMS Software installation, Project setup, model area management, access control mechanism
• Naming rule customization
• Prepare project procedures and standards
• Expertise in resolving user queries
• Sound knowledge of Industry codes and standards
• Customization of multi discipline catalog and specifications in Software
• Customization of project specific border templates and attribute mapping for Isometric drawings
• GAD customization, and extraction of various reports from Software
• Customization of Piping assemblies, Supports, symbols
• Programming knowledge of, SQL, VB, .Net
• Candidate should have effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in collaborative environment.
• Understating client requirements and sensitizing contagious issues and ability to resolve it in timely manner.
