Job description
· Research potential vendors
· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
· Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
· Location: Macaé - RJ
You are meant for this job if
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting or Engineering
· Experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, Buyer or similar role (we also consider planning or project management work experience)
· Desired knowledge of SAP Purchasing transaction (not mandatory)
· Advanced English proficiency level required
· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
· Understanding of supply chain procedures
