About Technip Energies Paris:

Within the Technip Energies universe, the Paris Operational Center is referenced as the group's center of excellence and expertise. The Processes and Technologies division is involved in many areas, such as low-carbon energy production technologies (and in particular Liquefied Natural Gas), biofuels and synthetic fuels, ethylene and polyolefins, plastics recycling, carbon dioxide capture and sequestration, Blue and Green hydrogen, Green Ammonia and other low-carbon energy carriers.

About the position

The Process and Technologies Division, of operational center of T.EN in Paris, is looking for a Business Excellence Technician to assist the Business Excellence Coordinator in his missions to support the Division as well as the Division's teams of engineers assigned to the projects.

 

The main responsibilities of the Business Excellence Technician will be to:

·  In the context of continuous improvement, assist the Business Excellence Coordinator by contributing to the development and updating of reference documentation to improve the Division's processes and Quality and associated tools 
·  Be the referent for datacentric tools used by the Division's operational teams: 
·  Contribute to/carry out the training of teams during the deployment of new tools
·  Provide support to the Division's operational teams
·  Ensure the collection of feedback from operational teams in order to report it to the eProject digital development teams.
·  Participate in the maintenance and development of the Division's internal calculation tools, in collaboration with technical experts/referents
·  Contribute to the validation of commercial tools during version updates
·  Contribute to cross-functional activities with the Engineering Division's departments, providing support and knowledge on method, quality and digitalization aspects

 

The Business Excellence Technician will report to the Business Excellence Coordinator of the Processes & Technologies Division.

 

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bac+2/3 level education in industrial engineering, chemical/process engineering or equivalent. We are open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.

Solid knowledge of computer tools and programming (Excel, VBA, SQL, python, etc.) is an asset for the position.

Fluency in written/spoken English is also required.

We are looking for someone with the ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.  Sense of organization, rigor and respect for deadlines are essential qualities for this position.

The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively is also important.
