Job description

Job Purpose:
Supports the HR Manager in all related HR process and issues with a local scope.
Reporting lines & Interactions
Hierarchically reports to: HR Manager
Operationally reports to: HR Manager
Directly supervises (operationally): N/A
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally: Management/Operations/Finance/HSE/Security and in general all Entity's Functions.
Externally
Consulting Companies, Training Facilitators
Profile:
Must have:
-Degree (preferably HR related).
-Fluent in English.
-Knowledge of Indian Labor law, HR management methods and tools.
Nice to have:
-International work experience.
-Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people).
- Experience in Employee Assessment Centres
Main Accountabilities:
· The incumbent will coordinate and/or support all activities and processes relating to but not restricted to
· Talent Management- i.e. defining individual plans and paths for the best talents of the entity, with the aim of developing and increasing the talent within the entity.
· Conduct individual career talks with employees.
· New Employee Orientation
· Training Needs identification and Facilitation of certain Trainings at the location
· Prepare and follow-up individual development action plans.
· Jointly with management, evaluate the potential of employees.
· Facilitate preparation and issuance of organisation charts in consultation with Operations Management / HR Manager and ensure appropriate communication.
· Staff planning, facilitate inter-centre mobility.
· Employee Alerts and retention talks and related analysis.
· Compensation & Benefits, with attention to integrate local incentive tools.
· HR consolidated reporting to the Country Management or Corporate as required.
· Ensures implementation of processes such as Jobs Id Project, Performance Appraisal, Retention, People Review, , Succession Plan, Recruitment, etc.
· Identification and enforcement of managerial development methodologies
· Personnel Management, incentive and retention policies for entity
· Implementation of the related tools.
